Once I received my paralegal certification from Columbus State Community College, I was fortunate enough to be offered a full-time position here! Before pursuing a career as a paralegal, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

My husband inspired me to go back to school and become a paralegal. He retired from the marine corps in 2015 and decided to attend Ohio State for civil engineering. Going back to school later in life wasn’t easy but has been very rewarding for the both of us. We both enjoy our new careers very much.

What motivates me to get up and come to work every day is knowing that I have a career, not just a job. Working at DuPont Law Group has been a great fit for me and has allowed me to vastly expand my skill set.

It’s never a boring work day here! I always have different paperwork to do and different problems to solve.
