Many people don’t know that I’m actually married to Attorney Greg DuPont, and we’ve been married for over 31 years! I started working with him in 2017, working the front desk here at the law firm, directing clients where they need to go and completing any administrative duties that needed done. I still do some administrative duties such as hiring, training, and accounting, but have since become more involved in the estate planning process.

The most rewarding part of my job is getting to make estate planning less daunting, and helping people through traumatic and stressful situations. I love meeting new people every day and learning from them.

To anyone who is thinking about creating an estate plan, my advice is to just do it. It’s not fun to think about what will happen to your loved ones after you pass away, but if you can just take a couple hours out of your life to do it, it will be a great relief off your shoulders and your family members will thank you for doing it.

Many employers these days have legal services as part of their employee benefits. Check with your employer to see if your legal plan covers estate planning services, and take advantage of it!
